I went to Jack Layton’s state funeral in Toronto today- it was a great experience, and a very nice tribute to Mr. Layton. I’ll be posting some photos of the funeral tomorrow- but I thought I would share this- photos of our former Prime Minister Jean Chrétien hopping a security fence outside Roy Thompson Hall to speak to CTV’s Don Martin after the funeral. Pretty impressive for a 77-year old!

Chretien still holds the strings on BobRae for the Desmarais Liberal party eminence gris … believe it. If he came back to lead the lugubrious Liberal party, they would be laughed out of Canada!!
